Export, backup & restore
Your accounting and collection data stays in this browser unless you deliberately download an export or backup file. DueFlow does not upload these files to a server or cloud storage.
Saved locally
A business-readable CSV of current positive receivables. It does not contain DueFlow workflow history and is not a backup.
Uses the current India business date (01/09/2026) for overdue/ageing values. Only persisted current positive receivables are exported.
A DueFlow backup is the complete local restoration file for the current database state, including accounting snapshots and collection workflow history.
Restore files are validated completely before any local database mutation. DueFlow accepts backup files up to 50 MB and uses replace-only restore—no merge.
Local backup is not cloud backup. Keep downloaded backup files somewhere you control. Browser storage can be cleared by the browser or device. After a restore, Dashboard, Today and Customer Detail recalculate their read models from the restored records.
